VKDL NPA Advisory Council is formed under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013. Our primary objective is the promotion of legal education, social welfare, and awareness regarding the banking and debt recovery laws in India. All activities are conducted on a not-for-profit basis, and any income or profits generated are applied solely towards the promotion of our educational and charitable objects. No part of the income is distributed as dividends to its members.
Vinay Kumar Dubey (V. K. Dubey) is a Mumbai and New Delhi-based legal professional with over a decade of experience in Civil, Criminal, Banking, Corporate, Insolvency, and NPA Advisory matters. He regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India, Bombay High Court, DRT, NCLT, and various trial courts, representing clients in complex banking and commercial disputes.
He is the Chairman of VKDL NPA Advisory Council, Founder & Chairman-cum-Managing Director of V K Dubey Associates and VKDL Corporation LLP, and also leads United Legal. He serves as a Member of the Hindi Advisory Committee under the Government of India and as a Special Executive Officer (SEO) appointed by the Government of Maharashtra.
A dedicated philanthropist, he leads several charitable organizations focused on legal aid, education, healthcare, and social welfare. His contributions have earned him prestigious recognitions, including the Popular Civilian Icon of India Award and international felicitation at the 2nd International Bar & Bench Badminton Championship, London.
